Don’t let our small size fool you, we leave a lasting footprint. With our flexible business model, projects are primed for optimal turnaround and agile decision-making.
In addition to our core staff, we’ve built a dedicated team of talented contractors spanning a broad range of creative and technical abilities. This gives us the freedom to custom-tailor a team with specific skillsets that align with project goals and scope.
Each Catapult staff member brings their own unique skillset to the team; but we share in common values of hard work, professionalism, bold creativity and client care. Get to know what makes us shine!

Olive is the official Director of Greetings (aka, D.O.G.). She was adopted from SCARS (Second Chance Animal Rescue) when she was 6 weeks old. She loves hanging out at Catapult because it allows her inner 'guard dog' to shine, but we use the term loosely as Olive has been known to abandon her post at the first sign of attention.
She loves greeting anyone visiting the office warmly, but her last performance review did reflect her tendency to show the postal worker preferential treatment who regularly shows up with tasty treats.
When Olive isn’t working at the office, she enjoys hanging out with her family, catching frisbees, chasing rabbits, puddle jumping and sunbathing.

With an eye for all things visual, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication with a Business/Marketing Route in 2004. Over the years, she honed her graphic design skills working at the University of Alberta Students’ Union and West Edmonton Mall Marketing Department, which led to a Senior Graphic Designer role at Incite Marketing – all while working on freelance projects in between.
Her claim to Catapult fame: designing our very own rebrand! Inspired by colours, quotes, music, and design of all kinds, Sarah finds joy in using creative expression to produce design work that touches consumers on a personal level.
Also heavily influenced by music of all genres, you’d be hard-pressed to find her working without an eclectic playlist bumping in the background; if a room is too quiet, Sarah gets a little loopy, which makes keeping up with her rambunctious kids a welcomed challenge when she’s at home with her family.

When she’s not sneaking Aqua songs onto the office playlist, Angelica is committed to creating high level design work for Catapult’s diverse client base.
